That's why I've yet to get a chance to learn how to change tube and fix flat.

I really don't understand why others get so many flats. Do people abuse bikes? Or is there a weightless God? Beside being careful where to ride (avoid potholes and bumpy surface, etc., though not totally avoidable), the only thing I could think of is maybe avoiding weight/load helps? I rarely carry heavy things, don't carry any locks if I know I'm not going to need them--heck, not even a helmet

. FYI my tires are Kenda K-192 w/Kshield, 700x35c. Maybe that's a good quality tire?
