+2 on the newspaper. Take out the laces, stuff the shoes full of newspaper and it will be dry in the morning.

100% humidity just means the air can't hold any more moisture. Just like adding sugar to a hot drink, there reaches a point where the sugar won't dissolve anymore. The hot drink has reached 100% sugar humidity. Mmmmm....sugar humidity...
