Tange headset with cartridge bearings or not
Hello!
I'm looking for new headset for my early 1990's Diamant bicycle! After a little bit searching I found two variants from Tange headsets. First is NJS Levin with loose ball bearings. Second is Falcon FL250C with fully sealed cartridge bearings, but it's not NJS. I'm using cantilever brakes and therefore there is some stress on fork when I'm braking. Now I have shimano 105 headset and it is difficult to adjust headset so that there is no fork wobbling and in the same time handlebar is moving freely. I'm thinking about NJS because of it's quality. Which system would be more precise adjustable and serves longer without servicing? I do not ride this bicycle in rainy days therefore humidity resistance is not the main. Maybe someone has some experience with these headsets?
Thanks!
