dude at circle a wouldn't do a chrome fork. that's what i remember him sayin. might be bullsh*t. if it's making you rethink things, maybe dont do it. i have a friend with last years bianchi and a new straight blade fork (cause he wrecked the original) and it looks better than the original. it's just the kind that they use at bike works.
