Bikes: Working on replacing my stolen Soma Buena Vista Mixte

The amount of stuff I need is way more than I want to carry. We don't have showers at the office anyway.

But between having really dry skin, potentially needing to use a flat iron, needing to find a place to dry a shower cap (since I generally wash my relaxed hair once a week), bringing my normal "facial routine" (and I don't even wear much makeup, but sunscreen, serum, eye cream is enough). It is too much stuff and too much time. And there aren't many steps I can skip, if I don't fully lotion up, I'll look ashy. So I just like to keep that personal care stuff at home.

Men have it pretty easy, not too many personal care items. For women, not so much. If I got sweaty enough to need a shower, then that means I need to bring double the undergarments and so on. Not too fun! Getting the travel sized versions of product would feel pretty wasteful anyway. In my book, it is better to take a longer ride than spend 20 minutes at the destination.
