Even though I've ridden for 20 years, I've just gotten into turning my own wrench -- so excuse the novice questions.

With that said, I saw an online retailer selling 5-piece Campy sets (RD, FD, chain, cassette, shifters). Does this mean I can leave my current Chorus 10s crank (~2010) and effectively go to the 11s world without buying a new crank?

If so, what's the consensus -- Chorus or Record? Super Record is clearly over the top -- $500 cassettes, no thanks. However, the price jump on the above components from Chorus to Record isn't that big and I wonder if it is worth the upgrade.
