What can Seattle learn from Dutch street design?

I stumbled upon this presentation and can recommend it. The one type of bike intersection that wasn't included in that talk was a below ground cloverleaf for bikes. I came across that cloverleaf I believe in Arnhem.

The above ground intersection shown in Eindhoven is actually not too far from my house though I haven't personally biked over it.
