timvan_78 I was also caught up in that silly stuff along 10th between Fraser and Ontario. I reminded myself why I never got that way and always head down Fraser. I hated being passed though, knowing how fast I was, but my wife would not have been happy since I coaxed her to meet me at the boys daycare and ride home together.
I enjoy SCR when riding uphill towards a roadie, but never along stop and go traffic on side street.
RyeRey521 I found when i had my longer commute I would ride really hard and be famished and would eat two breakfasts, a few snacks, lunch and then dinner at home. I put on a bunch of weight those years. It all seems to depend the difficulty of the ride and sleep patterns.
Anywho, it was a nice ride this morning. My son was tired and kind of huddled into his seat, then he suddenly woke up and told me he was a Transformer. He told me all about his Transformer adventurers. Kids are great.
