RyeRey521 I found when i had my longer commute I would ride really hard and be famished and would eat two breakfasts, a few snacks, lunch and then dinner at home. I put on a bunch of weight those years. It all seems to depend the difficulty of the ride and sleep patterns.
It's taken me awhile but I'm to the point now where my hunger is more under control when commuting.
When I first started I was eating everything in sight.
I'm more used to it now, and I use myfitnesspal to track everything I consume, so I can really see what I'm eating and not just shoving food down my maw. Making sure I have plenty of protein is a big key for me
