It's taken me awhile but I'm to the point now where my hunger is more under control when commuting.

When I first started I was eating everything in sight.

I'm more used to it now, and I use myfitnesspal to track everything I consume, so I can really see what I'm eating and not just shoving food down my maw. Making sure I have plenty of protein is a big key for me
