Me as well. I commuted at the longer distance for four years (except Nov-Feb) and I ate everything. I was just so hungry all the time, but my body did not need it all and I got too used to it.

I took two years off work and started watching what I was eating and keeping track, myfitnesspal is great. Now for about two years I have been doing alternate day fasting and it is much easier to keep track, so much so that I do not track my diet. But I also cannot keep cheese or ice cream in the house. I limited my alcohol to a few a week instead of a few every other day.
