I am looking for a basic road bike for some commuting and casual road riding and came across this Raleigh, from my brief and uneducated research it appears to be a late 70’s model as the seller states the following:

Made in England
10 Speeds
Quick release 700c wheels
New tires and bar tape
Rack above rear wheel
25.5"/64cm aluminum frame size (tall)
Suntour cyclone rear derailleur
Stand over cross bar height is 35.5"

I know some of the older SC are more difficult to upgrade and while that is not an immediate goal of mine I am sure in the future it would be. Would this be a good bike for my needs and any input regarding difficulties upgrading or anything else would be helpful. For reference he is asking $185.00
