Driveway tonight, EDR and I, and another teammate, led out our sprinter as best we could. We only had three in the leadout and it started too early. I launched from about 650m, and didn't have that bright of a match left. I did manage to snap the rubber band about 5 riders back. Our guy got 4th though and didn't have to fight any crowds. It's really fun planning this stuff and racing for each other like this.
that's the kind of sprint I can succeed in. my physical disposition is a little more fast twitch and slow twitch, but my mental disposition is that when there's a crowd sprinting, I'm looking for an escape route.
