I didn't pick up much but from what I did pick up it doesn't seem they were a highly sought after company. Good old Sheldon Brown didn't have anything of great note to say about them and usually he knows what is what. Most people seem to try to sell the complete bikes for just a bit more then a hundred dollars, so I wouldn't consider dropping $100 on that frame to be the best if you could potentially score a complete for not much more.
