A friend is about to begin biking seriously & needs a bike rack. She drives a Toyota Matrix (pics: 2009 Toyota Matrix - Pictures - CarGurus) I've never put a rack on a hatch back, just cars with trunks. Can anyone suggest an inexpensive bike rack for this car, one which will carry 2 bikes? She'd like to spend $60 or less, if possible.
