SR Four'Sir Seatpost

Does anyone have an SR Four'Sir seatpost?

According to what I've kind of gathered, the Four'Sir is SR's high end line that took the place of SR Royal. I have a Four'Sir seatpost that came on my Voyageur SP. The saddle that came on this bike was a Schwinn Touring branded Viscount saddle. The saddle has a kind of upturned nose. I replaced the Viscount with a a Avocet Touring II and it felt weird. I thought it might be the saddle- it was one that I hadn't ridden much, so I assumed it was that. I then replaced that with a Selle San Marco Touring- a saddle I've used a bunch. I put it on the VSP and it felt weird. I then noticed that the saddle was kind of angled down- despite the angle on the seatpost being maxxed out. I like my saddle to be slightly upturned- if it's level or downturned- I feel like I'm sliding forward.

I took it apart, thought I may have turned something backwards- but it's pretty much the same forwards and backwards.

Is there a trick to these seatposts- or is this the way they're designed to have that range of adjustment?

I've also read that this seatpost is very closely related the the Campagnolo Super Record seatpost- if that's true- do those have limited angle adjustments?

Thanks!
