I like
- the ramps of the bars to be fairly level, so that my hands aren't trying to slide down. Grippy tape and grippy gloves makes this less of an issue; slippery wool gloves on Benetto tape makes this more important.
- the hoods to be flat or tilted up a bit, for the same reason, but I don't like brake hoods sticking straight up, erection-like.
- the brake levers to be easily reached from both hoods and hooks.
- the drops to point down a bit, toward the rear hub.

To my eye, your bars could be tilted up a bit and the brake levers moved down the hooks a little.
