What's the proper term for these aluminum tubes at the end of the wires? I was at a bike co-op and one of the mechanics called them ferrules.
Jagwire calls them cable tips, Shimano calls them inner caps, Sram calls them cable end crimps, Campy calls them cable caps, Park Tool calls them cable end caps, and VAR calls them cable ends.
