Read the article LordLivingston linked. If you go down a bit in it, it talks about seat fore/aft position, and gives a good way to test your position. Basically, get in your riding position, with your hands on the bars, and then remove your hands. You should be able to maintain that same torso position without falling forward. Your hands are on the bars to steer, not to hold up your torso.

A bicycle is a teeter tauter. Most of your weight should be on the pedals, exerting pedaling force. Then the next largest share is on your butt, and the least amount on your hands.

I would wager you can make the 60 fit comfortably, but without seeing your whole body in the picture frame, none of us can give any meaningful comment.
