Instinct tells me to do this. The video suggests to do the opposite. Of course, the video doesn't even show or mention any blue loctited bolts.

The red Loctite may require heat to remove once set , on the other hand the blue Loctite can be broken with just hand tools , this is why I suggested what I did in my other post .
