+1 for the Variado. I have an Al Focus hybrid and they make a good frame. They'be been building AL CX bikes for a while now.
Combined with the 10-speed 105 drivetrain it's a great deal.
21 lbs 1 oz. for a 54cm? My 53cm Aluminum Raleigh with full Ultegra 9-speed is heavier by a pound.
