Sorry to post this here for those reading about bar tape but I had a question about the fenders on my Moto via PM that I can not answer due to not having enough posts to do so. Hopefully this finds you wintermute. Or if someone wants to delete this post and PM him, I'm sure that would be helpful as well.
Looks like our Jubile's are near the same years so geo should be similar. Right now I have Continental Ultra 27in 1 1/4 and Velo Orange 45mm Hammered Fenders. The fit is tight and it takes some fine tuning and what not but I made it happen.
The biggest problem area was the front fender. It comes with two different types of mounting hardware. One that the brake bolt passes through on the inside of the fork and another that mounts to the bolt at the back of the fork. I used the first option. However, the bolt that drops down to secure the fender to the fork needs to be trimmed slightly otherwise the tire will not pass by it. The other option just plain did not work on this application for me.
It it is a tedious task and it takes some patience, not my strong suit, but it can be done. If you have any other questions, let me know. I'm not sure I did a great job of describing and I'm on my phone so if need be I could do it from my home computer with pictures.
