Rode the bike for an hour just now.
1) My toes point downward and it feels like I'm only pedal with the ball of me feet. Like if you were tip toe walking. I'm not stretching to reach the bottom of the stroke but just in general when I want to pedal downward
2) my shoulders and upper back feels llike I'm holding a shoulder shrug position.
3) drops do not feels comfortable unless I'm holding the end caps.
