Hey all, thanks for all the great ideas. So far I've tried my thumb nail and it's scratched off. I have 100% acetone & mineral spirits, along with Goof Off and 1000 sandpaper. So, the main bits I want to remove are thick spots where I didn't match the color well. I didn't write down the "recipe" of the two colors I blended.

I only scratched off the obvious ones in more highly visible places, and none of the original paint came off. Yes, vintage bikes can either have "patina" or be pristine. Either are beautiful in the eye of beholder.
