I have these in the SPD version. I use them with no cleats (but the Vittoria flat insert in the SPD hole) on quill pedals/clips/straps.

After getting used to not pulling my foot out with the flat rubber sole, I love them for casual or even notably faster rides. Great stuff.

Much better than my ancient Diadora "Touring" shoes I used in the mid 80s for casual rides.

I find the sizing to be very consistent with Sidi.
