Tommasini Dura Ace "Converted"

Hi all,

First post! I am looking for a new "hybrid" bike, which is to be used for both commuting and fitness purposes. I have absolutely no knowledge, experience or whatsoever about vintage bikes so i'm a little confused. But i did find this bike with potential of becoming my new bike, although i'm not quite sure about the quality and price.
The bike is a Tomassini (can't read model name though). According to the seller it's build from Dura Ace/Campagnolo high quality components. Furthermore he writes the frame is either Columbus SLX or SI with Cinelli box and Campagnolo dropouts. I'm a little worried about the condition of the frame as it has a few scratches here and there.
I'll be grateful to anyone who enlightens a vintage rookie, on whether this will be a good buy or everything else relevant about vintage bikes. It's priced at 4500,- Danish crowns, equals to 800$ or 500£ although it's hard to compare as prices in Denmark are pretty high in general.

Cheers
