I wasn't going to say it, but now that it has been mentioned : a Gazelle Champion Mondial or a Batavus Professional should be a consideration if one is in Britain. Get one directly from Holland or throught one one the Dutch sellers on LFGSS. £ 250 should be enough for a very nice example.
