Dropped the kids off at daycare this morning, which was about 6km with 100+ lbs in the trailer (well, empty trailer coming back). Dropped the trailer at home then figured I'd have an easy ride into work.... which turned into a KOM on a Strava segment called "Climb or Die", and a couple more PRs on some climbs in East Vancouver. Overall pretty happy with the leg strength that's going along with the extra mileage I've been adding each week!
