That's exactly why I'd rule out a frame.
I guess if I were routinely riding 60-100 miles in a single day it might be an issue.
Or during heat waves like this week (90+ and humid every day) it'd be nice to have a bottle.
I welcome the lack of a water bottle, it gives me an excuse to stop often for cold beer
