Also, at La Parrilla in Bozeman (if still there), makes an awesome wrap of khan; Big R has a reputation for hiring a certain type of eye candy employee; AllGood's restaraunt (if still there) in Big Sky makes my favorite all time biscuits and gravy.
Yes, absolutely do not ride 191, i'd barely recommend driving up it to anyone without at least some experience driving through winding mountain canyons, it gets scary up there especially in the winter time, but if you're careful driving it during the warmer months it's very do-able, and super super gorgeous, it'll blow your mind if you aren't accustomed to giant mountains surrounding you and a raging river just by the road, and when you come out the other side in Big Sky you're greeted by an amazing view of Lone Peak which just towers over the landscape, gorgeous little town, with a fun skatepark too, and some of the best skiing in the country.

La Parrilla is still here, great place, Big R is now called Murdochs but it's the same place with the same rep, I believe AllGoods is still up there, and check out Milkies in big sky if you do go up there, great pizza. In Bozeman come in to Starkys (where i work) to get some good americana sandwiches, Seven Sushi has the best sushi in town, Tarantinos has the best pizza in town, Wild Joes is the best coffee spot here, the food co-op downtown has a great hot bar and salad bar combo, and if LaTinga is open when you're here it's a great authentic Mexican place but they're only open for a couple months during the summer.
