Hi MikesChevelle. I have a Raleigh Elkhorn Mtn Tour that is sort of my conversion bike. Instead of swapping the bar, I rotated it forward for a lower posture. Doesn't add hand positions though. Thought the image might help you through the process. Any one of those bikes would do nicely.
