Judging by T he photo of the wrap over seat stays as seen from the back, if say yes, very Falconian. Falcon seems to have used a lug that had the fully wrapped stay caps pressed into it, so the back has a very distinctive solid look. I can't check the head badge rivet spacing on mine now (i'm out of town) but I can say mine has cyclo dropouts (so marked) and take a 26.2mm post. It's straight gauge 531 and rides just fine. Mine has different lugs.
