Hey, I know this has probably been asked a million times but I've tried everything possible. The problem is when I'm trying to change the tube on my road bike I'm constantly getting a bulge at the valve.

I've tried to push the valve back up half way before inflating, but whenever I do this I can never get the valve to come back down again. Can anyone offer some advice before the bike ends up in a skip? Thanks.
