I bought a bike for my wife from Performance Bike.
It was inexpensive, less than $400.
I had to go through it and adjust about everything.
Tighten screws.
Must just be me but I consider it normal.
Doesn't Dahon recommend taking your new purchase to the local bike shop for service prior to riding?
