Light and Motion VIS 180 is very bright from behind and has great visibility. Its not cheap though.

Niterider solas is very bright, and has decent side visability (beter then the hotshot, which as a very focused beam.

Sefras thunderbolt is a good option, though I find battery life to be below average (I just charge it every day I use it now).
