I think that technium looks great, and $230 is not a ridiculous price for it, but of course being CL you probably want to go in offering $200 or $180 or something.
I have a Technium I was fortunate enough to get for only $50 (from a friend who got it from a church sale for only $5!!!), and it is a great bike that my wife rode for a while and now my son rides.
If you've been googling you may have seen this already, but just in case I think it's very useful for anybody considering a technium:
