here. Their testing methodology loooks pretty sound to me. The Foil's tube profiles don't look very aero so its performance isn't surprising.
That's great, still has nothing to do with the price of tea in China (OP's original question), and besides that, there's much more to what makes a frame good than how aero it is. All depends on what you plan to use the frame for!
