I've ridden the specialized and it's a good fit, but there are no 19" of the boardman anywhere within 40 miles (have seen the 21" in the metal flesh but it was too big to check the ride). These are narrowed down from quite a few, one of the last to be eliminated was the Marin san rafael which seemed nice also, though less for the money
