I can give you some general info.

The Technium line was built between 1987 and 1993 by Raleigh USA. Essentially it was Huffy Corp buying the rights to the Raleigh name in the US so they could sell a somewhat upscale line without calling it Huffy.

Raleigh USA built these in Kent, Washington, just outside Seattle, to enlist the help of Boeing engineers for bonding dissimilar metals - that's the Technium process. There are many combinations of metals, but the most common is aluminum frame tubes bonded to cromoly lugs, which is what I believe your bike has.

Looks like your bike has a Suntour 6 or 7 speed downtube shifting group, but I can't tell from the pix.
