Back at work after a week of vacation but the weather was beautiful for bike commuting. Spent the week off cycling the GAP-C&O Canal trails from Pittsburgh to DC, which was quite an adventure and about double my normal weekly mileage. It was a great way to clear my head and I didn't think about work all week.
