Yikes. That's a little shorter rewind concussion than I had...
When I finished my leadout, I was ~75m from the line, and only let up to about 80% RPE... for just that reason. Our field was only 70 this week, but that's still a lot of sprinter wannabes. 80% finish effort was still good enough for 20th, going backwards through the pack :-/
