if a bike has heritage and in such pristine condition it should be preserved, i still question the decision to not ride it as intended. the all-city JYD doesn't have a heritage, its is designed to carry a nostalgia shared by many of us but meant to be ruined via use.
im a firm believer in the 'USE IT UP, WEAR IT OUT, MAKE IT DO OR DO WITHOUT' mantra. ride it until it is broken. then fix or replace.
im positive the people over at all-city would agree.
