When the effort goes up stupid songs that get stuck in my head drown out any math I try to do. Any tips on fixing that?
On that note, if you ever want to maintain a perfect 100rpm cadence, get the song "Christmas" from Tommy by The Who stuck in your head. The "ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha" backing vocals are pretty much dead on 200 "ha"s per minute. Right left right left right left.
