Robbie, the guy at my LBS, said that the tires on the bike were decent for starting out, and that he'd get new tires for the new season. I saw 'swampthing' tires on sale online for 10 bucks, wish I would have jumped on that.
Before getting new MTN tires, I think I'm going to buy a set of Road tires...I live 2 hours from Chicago and I think it'd be fun to cruise around downtown sometime. Plus the guys around campus go to NYCity every year and do city and mtn. Excited.
