I am a big fan of the club and team fujis from the 1980s and own three myself. Having said that, they get no love on the pricing when compared to some other steel of the same vintage. 200-250 is average in decent market, in slow markets 150-200. That one appears clean and in great shape but may need new tires and wrap so price accordingly. I like to totally overhaul mine regardless of shape to know what I am riding. In Des Moines I would think 200+- would be fair price. It will make an excellent commuter though, so if you are keeping it to ride for some time, no worries if you go upwards of 250. I love mine and ride them all the time on commuting.
