Try removing the pedals, thoroughly cleaning the pedal and crank threads and mating surfaces, greasing and re-torquing them and see if your clicks go away.

I am not sure whether your pedals are serviceable; if they are you might consider opening them up. I have found that in general pedals come from the factory skimpily lubricated and the bearings too tight.
