The minimum OLN spacing for tandems has 145mm for at least 15 years or more now. I'm not sure you can even buy any 135mm tandem-rated hubs other than on the used market.

Actually, there is at least one name-brand 135mm tandem hub out there:

but it's still the case that 135mm is far from standard on tandems now.
