As easy as that! Fixed it. Thank you.

I thought it should be easy. I didn't realise there's kinda like two bolts through the centre there. I had the rearmost nut loose so's the thing operates and I thought that was it.

But when I loosened the forewardmost nut it was all quite different - the whole structure swayed around. And I was able to do the job simply by putting on the brake and then tightening the nut. When I released the brake it was all adjusted.

Hmmm. Shows how dumb I am, eh? Every day I get more proof of it..
