The bottom line is that USAC is an arm of the UCI and has little to no interest in grassroots amateur racing except for the cash grab and junior development for the world stage. They are not an organization that is focused on what we do every week. Leaving rider development up to the clubs with no structure or requirements gives us what we have today, which isn't working.
