Led my spin class in the morning, then headed out for some mountain biking later this afternoon. It didn't wind up all that well. The Croll caught the front wheel on the bottom of a root drop that I've done a hundred times, and over the bars I went. Landed straight on top of my head. Have a very sore neck, but the arms and legs are working so the Bell helmet did it's job. Already replaced it with the same model. Don't worry, the Croll is just fine.
The vintage club ride looks like it was a blast.
