Turning high limit screw in hopes of setting a "usable" condition that will allow shifting through all gears. I understand the screw is supposed to be set with the shifter in the highest gear and such that the derailleur guide pulley is slightly outboard of the center of the cog. I was hoping that if I were to move it slightly more center I would get better shifting in lower gears, but that didn't work so I have it set to where it belongs.
Problem is that I have over time mis-adjusted the high and low screws, so I needed to re-adjust.

Now, I am going to see what I can do about cleaning/lubricating the cable housings.
